The S10 diet
The S10 diet was originally designed to help people get to sub 10% bodyfat. That is where the name comes from- sub 10, but the 10 also represented 10kg in 10 weeks, which is what many of my clients were hoping to lose to get below 10% bodyfat.
The diet is equally effective if you only have 2-7kg to lose (the so called stubborn fat) , or if you have 10-20g, or if you have more than 20kg.
The success lies in a few important different rules and guidelines, depending on which diet category you fall in.
The diet can be combined with exercise, but this is not required for weight loss. For health, most certainly, but you will need guidance on what works best with this program.
